Programming: Our skilled programmers are factory-trained and versed in the requirements of NFPA 72 to make sure your system performs the right way when it matters most.
Commissioning: We walk the site and perform a full 100% pretest for every system we touch, notating and correcting deficiencies before the building final so that every final inspection is a walk in the park.
Parts and smarts: we consult, design, program and commission systems installed by hundreds of different electrical contractors in the Pacific Northwest.
Training: Our technicians and service managers take the time to understand questions and provide down-to-earth training so our customers are equipped with the knowledge they need in a fire emergency.
Service: If your system fails to perform properly or is giving you a “trouble” condition, our response department is available 24/7/365 to meet your needs (after-hours rates apply).
Periodic testing: We help keep your system in compliance through periodic testing and preventive maintenance. We can even bundle our testing packages with sprinkler testing to keep your entire building compliant and ready for action.
Monitoring: We provide reliable, supervising station monitoring services so that upon a fire event, the fire department is dispatched immediately.
